International Trade

We structure import and export contracts, delivery terms and payment security around the real route of your goods.

From contract to delivery

In cross-border trade, most disputes turn on a few lines written long before the goods move: the delivery term, the point at which risk passes, and how payment is secured. We draft and review those terms against the actual route, carrier and documents of each shipment.

Compliance before the contract

Where a deal touches Iran or another restricted market, sanctions and export-control screening comes first. We map the parties, goods, banks and route, and build the payment and delivery structure on that assessment.

One file, three legal systems

The same team reads the transaction under Turkish, Iranian and Ethiopian law, so that the contract, the shipping documents and the payment instrument tell the same story.

Example scenario

A textile shipment travels by TIR from Bursa to Tehran. Proof of origin and sanctions screening are completed at contract stage, and the delivery term and payment method are chosen to fit that picture.
