A newer framework for enforcement

Ethiopia has been a party to the New York Convention since 2020, which gives foreign arbitral awards a clearer route to recognition. Institutional arbitration is available through the Addis Ababa Chamber of Commerce and Sectoral Associations Arbitration Institute (AACCSA AI).
