# Other Legal Disputes

Not every problem in cross-border business is a trade or insurance question. We also handle the commercial and civil disputes that grow around it, from unpaid receivables to lease and employment matters.

## Beyond trade and insurance

A company working across borders also deals with partners, landlords, employees and debtors. These matters are often smaller than a trade dispute, but they still need a clear plan and firm follow-through.

## How we approach them

We start with the documents and the deadlines, set out the options and likely costs, and then pursue the route you choose: negotiation, enforcement proceedings or litigation. If your matter is not listed here, tell us briefly what happened and we will say plainly whether we can help.

Example scenario

A foreign supplier holds unpaid invoices from a buyer in Türkiye, and the contract has no arbitration clause. The claim is assessed, enforcement proceedings are started and the debtor's assets are traced.
