We draft and review those terms against the actual route, carrier and documents of each shipment. ## Compliance before the contract Where a deal touches Iran or another restricted market, sanctions and export-control screening comes first. We map the parties, goods, banks and route, and build the payment and delivery structure on that assessment. ## One file, three legal systems The same team reads the transaction under Turkish, Iranian and Ethiopian law, so that the contract, the shipping documents and the payment instrument tell the same story. Example scenario A textile shipment travels by TIR from Bursa to Tehran.
