We draft and review arbitration clauses with the place of enforcement in mind. ## Running the proceedings We act in ICC, ISTAC and ad hoc arbitrations and in mediation, and apply for interim measures or attachment where assets are at risk. ## Enforcement across borders Türkiye, Iran and Ethiopia are all parties to the New York Convention. We prepare and pursue applications for the recognition and enforcement of foreign arbitral awards in the country where the debtor's assets are located. Example scenario An arbitral award rendered in Istanbul has to be recognised in Tehran.
