## Türkiye in the corridor

Türkiye is the European and Black Sea gateway of the corridor. It has a dedicated statute on international arbitration, the International Arbitration Law No. 4686, and an institutional arbitration centre in Istanbul (ISTAC).

## What we do here

From Eskişehir we advise on import and export contracts, customs procedures and penalties, cargo insurance claims, and the recognition and enforcement of foreign arbitral awards before the Turkish courts.
